Randomitities

- All weekends should be 3 day weekends. Seriously. All weekends should be in the mid-seventies with complete sunshine. It was a completely BEAUTIFUL weekend!

- Anyone watched "Fun with Dick and Jane"? Hilarious movie!! Especially liked the end part where they gave a special thanks to CEO's & business men the screwed over their companies. If you don't know what I'm talking about, rent the movie and watch the end credits. Pretty hilarious!

- Anyone missing their scrapbooking creativity or is it just me? Man, I'm really struggling here lately!! I sat at my table for over 2 hours yesterday and pushed around paper. Ideas are NOT flowing in Darcyland in my beloved Scrapbook world. =/ Worked on this page for over a week.. not typical. =(

- Darin and I went to a passion play on Friday night. I was SO good! Before the play started, all the townspeople roamed the crowd selling things, dancing and such. It was very cool and made you feel like you were in Jesus days. Everything was fine and dandy until the Roman soldiers spotted Darin. These weren't just any actors, these were some of Darin's high school football players. As soon as they spotted Darin, they quickly jumped on the opportunity to pay him back for all the times he's made them run at practice. They grabbed us, made us go in front of the entire audience and told Darin to bark like a dog. I thought it was really funny til they made me meow. =/ Amazing, AMAZING play, though!!

- This picture is for Hanni and *e*.. Darin and I took a picture at Oakwood on Lake Wawasee before the play. *e*, when you are up at the lake this summer, Hanni, you and I gotta do lunch!

- Weekend festivities include mucho food gorging. I do believe that both of D's grandma's need to have a cook-off. Seriously, the best 2 cooks ever. I'll invite you all to join because there will be enough food to feed you and all your cousins. Homemade bread and the bestest mashed potatoes for all!

- 2 more weeks until we're in our new church building!!! Say a little prayer that everything gets done before our first service.

- Totally created havoc at my friend Erin's house while she was on her honeymoon. We turned down her water heater so she had a mega cold shower, hid plastic easter eggs EVERYWHERE in her house, wrote all over her windows with window markers, unscrewed all her light bulbs.. and my fave.. we took down the curtains in their bedroom. The house beside her is 5 feet away. hehehehehehe.. remember people, she shaved my cat when D and I were in Mexico. She totally deserved all these things and more.. we were just on a budget.

- All the gymnasts and coaches are going to see "Stick It" on opening day.. April 28th. It's a movie about gymnasts.. kinda like "Bring it On" but gymnastics. I can't wait!! I miss all my cutie-head girls. We're all gunna show up in our leo's and wear our grips. Just like people dress up for Lord of the Rings & Harry Potter but we'll (try to be) cooler. =)

and lastly...

- Note to self.. don't wear pretty, rather large earrings to work when you know answering a phone OFTEN is in your job description. OUCH!

LOL on everything you did to your friend, can only imagine her reaction!!
I'm jealous that you, Hanni and Erika are going to get together - you'll have to tell me when and I will definitely make the trek out there!!!!! =)

I did just see Dick and Jane and was laughing out loud -- on the airplane. But not as loud as Tim was! I loved at the end when they thanked Enron, and I don't even remember who else. Creative ways to get your old roomie back. I'm going to keep the lighbulb idea tucked away for future pranks : )

Love your random posts. Those were great things to do to your friend. Very funny. Are you really planning on wearing leo's to "Stick it"? My boyfriend and I just saw the previews for Stick it. He thought it was going to be so cool from the beginning b/c of the dirt bike and skateboarding, and then she starts doing gymnastics. He was a little disappointed!

I seriously almost peed when I read the part bout you going to the movie in a leo and grips. How funny would that be. I will pay you a dollar to do it. Hilarious.

Your LO is great!! I'm sure we're all our own worst critics, but I can't tell you're "not your creative" self!! I think they always look great.

I was in the mood for movies, but haven't decided on one to see so we'll have to look into that one!!
