Reason Number...

**First of all.. thank you SO much for all the responses to my last post. Thanks for hearing my heart behind the chopping. "It's just hair" but there's so much more meaning to it for me than that. Thanks for sharing personal cancer stories with me.. thanks for the encouragement.. thanks for liking my hair (it's SHORTER than I've ever had it!) and yeah, just thanks.**

Haven't done a "reason number" post in awhile.. here we go!

Reason #2,589 why I love that Darin Jay can make anything out of wood..

I take a picture like this, tell him I like it and he says "done" for making one for our next home. Yes, Darin Jay makes me a spoiled bratt.

Reason #497 why I love having an actual hair "style"...

Um, because I haven't had one like EVER!! It's always been short and curly or long and curly. I feel grown up. =) LOOK.. my neck is still there!! So crazy...

Reason #497
why I love that youth group just started back up...

Our hilarious kids participating in a murder mystery. Yeah, doesn't get much better than that. =)

Reason # 2,903 why I love being in the nursery at church...

Can you say tubby baby rolls? And at what age does it become not cool to have 2 fat rolls behind your knee?

Reason #9,581
that I love my Jettster...

First of all, what's not to love about that gorgeous little face? And second of all.. last week when I visited him it became time for me to leave. D and I headed towards the door, he walked up to me, put his hands out, I picked him up, and he waived goodbye to his parents. He was supposed to say goodbye to me. I guess he'd rather come with me. Or wanted to avoid his nap. I like to think it's the first of the two. =)

Just got myself caught up....
Darcy, you're a knockout with long or short hair. And you have a beautiful heart to boot too.

Umm, I'm not sure what you call that wooden contraption that Darin will be making you, but I'm soo intrigued and maybe a little jealous too. It's soo cool! What exactly are those things called?

gotta love baby chubb! i'm pretty sure its not cute to have dimples in your cheeks either past the age of 6.
I have those same shelves in Brig's room. in white. very cool and easy access. of course we "BOught" ours. we'd save a ton of $ if Andrew actually used the workshop in our garage! LOL
